i'm not getting sick, but my body is letting me know otherwise. thank you sbn, cyn cy and cyn jessica for sending me home last night.... i would have stayed and rolled, regardless of how i was feeling, but i know i wouldn't have given it a full 110%. btw - i was out for the count way before 8pm. =)
i won't be at bb training tonight, as i've made other commitments, but i may bail on that so i can get some more rest...
I hope you get some very good rest tonight! It's no fun being sick. Take care of yourself. :o)
