Hi Guys,
Friday after school I got a surprise visit from an old student. 4 years ago this student was a crazy 8th grader, and now she's a promising senior at Southridge. This is one of those students that has come back a few times to visit but I haven't seen her in a couple years. Now she's 18, living on her own, been accepted to George Fox and has decided to major in history. we had a great visit and has promised to come back and visit again before the Summer. This is the stuff that keeps me going. It makes me feel very proud to see that these kids can grow up and be productive members in society.
