It's the first week since we got the hand outs and I though that this week's classes were easier. Probably because all the workouts seem hard to me. I hope every thing is fine with the new hand outs. I’ll see if next week, the training is a lot harder.
Darius great start sir! Keep up the journalling and keep writing inspriational things. There ARE kids your age that WILL read it. because of your words, OTHERS will be inspired.. You hold a lot of power in your words - i know you'll use them wisely.. =) -sbn
