Officially a black belt candidate
On Saturday we got the expectation sheet for black belt. I was surprised about how much we had to do this year. It is a big list of things but I think I can do them all. Just wait and find out (30,000 push and sit-ups! WOW!)
you can do it!.. so can i! lol - it's a big list...... let's get moving on it!
