Keep focused

So we had numbers yesterday, and I wasn't satisfied with my results because I felt I could have done better if I didn't catch a multitude of colds over the past month. I spend more time coughing during class and during the runs, only to find out that I may be suffering from allergies. I've never been allergic to anything! Anyhow, so I took 2 Benadryl (which I've never taken before in my life) and slept more yesterday than I have in, I don't know how long. That being said, I'm trying to design a workout schedule that will work with my work schedule as well as the AHAMA class schedules so I can improve my numbers. One thing I've learned is that I simply will not do push-ups, sit-up's, etc at home because I find that I have no less than 30,000 other things I should be doing at home and I get overwhelmed if I try to add working out there too. Ok, I get grouchy. Anyhow, only 2 phases to go and we have to stay focused. We can do it.
