Class Tonight

Class was a blast tonight! It was tons of fun, as well as challenging, to only spar black belts! It was also great to spar with a lot of the cgns that I haven't been in class with for a while! Although Noah and I will not be at numbers this week, sbn dan and I came up with a great idea for a great workout for us to do! More info soon :)
